Florida is slowly growing on me. I never imagined that one day I will end up living in this state. It simply was not in my radar. But somehow, it happened.

We are discovering the natural wildlife and beauty that the state offers. Crystal Rivers is a coastal city in western Florida, shelters manatees year round, has natural springs and boardwalks. It's less than 2 hours drive from Orlando.

St. Johns River is the longest river in the state, 310 miles long. You'll spot alligators around about.

Lots to do - swim with manatees, swim in clear turquoise spring water names “3 sisters“, boat rides, kayak, eat crab and then some.

Very refreshing and simply fun.
